At GeneWise Nutrition, we believe good health decisions start with clear information, and that includes knowing what to expect before you begin. Below you'll find straightforward pricing for our genetic testing program and one-on-one nutrition consultations.

This is our signature program, designed to give you a complete picture of how your genes influence your metabolism, fitness, nutrient needs, detoxification, stress response, mental health, and more — and exactly what to do about it.

What's included:

3X4 Genetics Test Kit — $299 A simple at-home cheek swab that analyzes 157 genes across key health pathways. HSA/FSA reimbursement eligible. Results are typically available within 3–4 weeks.

Three Personalized Consultations — $300 Over the course of 6–8 weeks, we'll meet three times to turn your genetic results into a clear, personalized plan: 

• Visit 1 — Health Review & Nutrition Assessment: While we wait for your genetic results to come back, we'll make the most of that time together. We'll go through your health history, current lifestyle, and goals, then complete a full nutrition assessment using a food diary you'll fill out beforehand. You'll receive detailed feedback on your current eating patterns and set some goals.
• Visit 2 — Your Genetic Results & Initial Recommendations: Once your results are in, we'll revisit your goals, walk through your 3X4 Genetics report together, and I'll share initial diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on what your genes reveal.
• Visit 3 — Your Personalized Report & Long-Term Plan: We'll review your progress and walk through your personalized GeneWise report — a detailed, custom document I create for you based on your 3X4 results. It goes far beyond the standard report, with in-depth diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations tailored specifically to your genetic profile. You'll leave with a clear, sustainable roadmap to carry forward.

If you're not ready for genetic testing but still want expert support, individual consultations are a great place to start. We'll look at your health history, lifestyle, and goals to build a plan that actually fits your life.

• Initial Consultation — $120 A comprehensive first visit to understand your health history, goals, and current challenges, followed by a personalized plan.
• Follow-Up Visit — $75 Check in, adjust your plan, and keep moving forward.
• 6-Session Package — $390 (save $60) For clients ready to commit to lasting change. Six follow-up sessions at a discounted rate, giving you the consistent accountability and support that makes real results stick.

Life changes. New goals come up. Whether it's been six months or a few years since we last met, you're always welcome to come back for a check-in, plan update, or fresh strategy based on where you are now.
