As a wife, mother of five, and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I bring both personal and professional experience to my work. With a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College, I specialize in autoimmune conditions, nutrigenomics, and sports nutrition. I help clients uncover how their unique genetic makeup shapes their nutrition needs- supporting mood and behavior, inflammation control, food sensitivities, histamine intolerance, and detoxification.

My own health journey sparked a passion for using targeted nutrition to support healing and long-term wellness. As a competitive triathlete who has qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, I also understand firsthand how optimal nutrition enhances performance and speeds recovery.
