I’m a wife, mom of five amazing kids, triathlete, and passionate advocate for health and nutrition. After over a decade as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I’ve seen the power of movement—but it was my own health journey that sparked my interest in nutrigenomics and the role of nutrition in healing, energy, and longevity.

I’m currently finishing my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College (graduating August 2025) and preparing for both the RDN and IFNCP board exams. I’m certified through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and specialize in helping people understand how their unique genes influence their nutrition needs.

As a competitive triathlete who’s qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships and earned podium finishes at local races, I understand the demands of training, recovery, and high performance.
